To install or upgrade IBM Sterling B2B Integrator you must have the appropriate hardware and software for the applications. Upgrading involves certain prerequisites that must be completed before you can upgrade.
The system requirements differ based on the mode of installation. The requirements for a docker installation are different from the requirements for an installation by using the IBM Installation Manager.

If you are installing Sterling B2B Integrator by using the IBM Installation Manager, you must consider additional system requirements.

You can deploy the Sterling B2B Integrator Certified Container on the following platforms.
- License information
A separate license is required for each IBM Sterling B2B Integrator feature that you purchased. During installation, you must choose the license files according to what you purchased. Product licenses do not require an activation key.
- Client system browser settings
For better visibility of the menu options in the Sterling B2B Integrator consoles, ensure that the dpi setting is 96 dpi.
