Starting from Maximo Health version 9.0 and Maximo Predict version 9.0, the version numbers of their components are synchronized accordingly. As part of continuous delivery, these component versions are incremented regularly. To ensure you have the latest update, select the component with the highest version number. Major and minor patches, such as 9.0.0 and 9.0.1, respectively, remain consistent. For further details, please refer to the release notes of the Maximo Application Suite.
Activate default scores such as health, criticality, and risk scores for all assets within the system. Once activated, existing assets and newly added assets will be included in default score calculations. You have the flexibility to manually enable or disable these default scores. All assets considered for default score activation will be grouped under Default_scores. Additionally, you can duplicate default scores for customization, adjusting contributors as required.
Introducing the Thresholds tab within the Score settings page. This tab allows you to establish thresholds specifically for MTBF scores. By setting these thresholds, you can filter asset records based on MTBF score ranges. This feature enables you to visualize indicators associated with MTBF scores according to the defined threshold configurations, providing a streamlined way to evaluate and manage MTBF performance across assets.

You are prompted to provide the data that is needed for the score calculations. The system indicates the missing data, such as the asset installation date and expected life for an asset as provided by the manufacturer. This data is needed for calculating the scores such as age, health, remaining useful life (RUL), and mean time between failures (MTBF).
Support is deprecated for Bing Maps and Google Maps as map providers. Support is available for the OpenMap application.
Upgrading Cloud Pak for Data to version 4.8 through Maximo Application Suite or Maximo Predict negatively impacts the existing trained models. Plan to retrain the models with Cloud Pak for Data version 4.8 before you upgrade to version 9.0 of Maximo Application Suite or Maximo Predict.
